However, customers remain responsible for ensuring that any products ordered are legally permitted for import, possession, and research use in their country or region.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, customers may receive tracking information where available.

Customs and Import Responsibility

For international orders, customers are responsible for confirming that the products they purchase are permitted for import and research use in their country, state, or region.

Walker Chemicals is not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, or restrictions caused by customs authorities, local laws, or import regulations. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept responsibility for checking all relevant regulations before purchasing.

No Returns

Due to the nature of our products as research-grade chemical products, we do not accept returns.

This policy is in place to protect product integrity, quality control, and chain-of-custody standards. Once products have been dispatched, they cannot be returned for resale or reuse.
