9. No Returns

Due to the nature of our products as research-grade chemical products, we do not accept returns.

This is to protect product integrity, safety, quality control, and chain-of-custody standards.

Once an order has been dispatched, products cannot be returned for resale, reuse, or exchange.

10. Refunds

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis following an investigation.

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us with your order number and supporting evidence.

We may request photographs, tracking information, packaging details, or other evidence before making a decision.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a refund, replacement, partial refund, or no refund.
